Players meeting my ASS!
Remember Curry was the coach at the begining of the year when we were playing fairly well.

There's no leadership and accountability here. As has been said, we got that from Chauncey, not from Curry. The vets still MC as a peer, not as their coach.
Joe really needs to blow it up.
WE ARE ALL WITNESSES
Those are the top 3 reasons, no question. But Curry's coaching is easily #1. He's one of the 5 worst coaches in the league right now.
Curry sucks and AI hasn't been able to fit (largely due to Curry) but I'm going to go with the loss of Billups as the main factor in the decline.
Not that I think he has the best PG skills or anything, but at least he knew how to run an offense and how/where/when to get his players the ball to give them a shot at being successful.
Couldn't stand his "oh well" attitude, but this was his team, apparently.
If he was still here, I think he'd basically be coaching the team on the floor.

I guess trading away CBill shows that all we have left is a lazy Sheed that doesn't want to play down low, a whinny SG, a SF that is a piece of the puzzle but not THE guy to carry the team and a good young PG and AJ.
Subtracting Billups really hurt, but we weren't going anywhere with the this team anyway.

For anyone blaming Curry. The Pistons looked amazing to start the year.
Hype?

2 games with Billups?
That's a decent sample size.

That opening night game against Indiana was far from "amazing", too, if memory serves.Originally Posted by Glenn
