    Yes, Ledezma. They buy it from you just hoping it works and without checking to see if they have to just through it away or if they can turn around an sell it again. All of their parents went to community college.

    Mine's been gone about 2 weeks now, still waiting to get it back. I bought mine when it 360 was just being released and they still took care of it no problem.

    I was mulling over the ps3 thing, but in the end I just decided to ship the 360 in to get fixed.

    If it needs fixing again within the next 6 months, though...I'm done.
