I was just checking out the old wikipedia and as far as defense goes his name is right up there with the all time greats with totals and concurrent yearly feats. i know he has faltered as of late and i don't even hear his name anymore but he was a monster with the pistons.

I'd put Mutombo ahead of Rodman in terms of making it in the HOF for defense. "Who wants to sex Mutombo" pales in comparison to Rodman's outrageous acts, and Mutombo is a class act beyond that. It helps that he's foreign.
