I'm not sure Lovie is the problem though. They seem to have the Raiders mentality on offense. Draft a bunch of fast guys without any WR polish whatsoever and hope their speed will kill you.
They need to get themselves one of the big name WR's that don't have definate futures where they are now (TO, Boldin, Marshall).
That GM has done a poor job at WR, and a poor job replacing aging talent on defense.
