The cases were already reviewed by prosecuters and found that there was not enough evidence to prosecute.

For someone that dislikes "big government" you seem awfully disinterested in checks and balances and making sure that the government that we do have is running above board. If there is dirty laundry in the CIA, why not air it and try to clean it up?
