In this time of turmoil, what should be the first priorities? What do you hope get's going first?

Health care. It's an integral part of the jobs and employment picture as well as securing the economy against the next crisis when entitlements overwhelm the budget and make the credit crunch look like a picnic.

It's also one of the most politically difficult things to tackle and a good candidate for the honeymoon period when his political capital is at its highest.
