I'll be gone the weekend of the 31st, so I'm debating if I want to be in a league whose draft I cannot be present for. I more often than not hate my team when it's autopicked for me. Something in the defaults with the pre-ranking system seems to screw me - such as when they decide to take a TE because I don't have one yet, even though a solid backup RB that I had ranked highly is still on the board. Thus, you end up with Marcus Pollard instead of Michael Turner. Happened to me once. I'm pretty sure I didn't even have Marcus Pollard anywhere near my rankings.
We had subs. It was crazy.

Wizzle, after the draft, let's talk trades.

With the teams we are going to have they will definitely be win/win deals

Looks like you've got yourself a bye week in week 1, Wil.

What day are you guys doing the draft for this? I may jump in, you'll need someone to kick around relentlessly for humor purposes.

It's set for the Sunday night before the season starts, but we can move it if anybody wants to.

I don't have a problem doing an autopick draft for myself if the time doesn't work for me, since I like to shake up my roster anyways.

Might as well. Autopick would probably do better for me than I would.

Maybe not. Can't seem to get to the site from work.

Autopick sucks on one hand (because you'll end up with 2 kickers and 2 defenses), but on the other hand it does stimulate trades more. When you do a live draft the amount of trade and waiver action is MUCH less because people mostly get who they want.
Phil Wenneck: The man purse. You actually gonna wear that or are you just fuckin' with me?
Alan Garner: It's where I keep all my things. Get a lot of compliments on this. Plus it's not a purse, it's called a satchel. Indiana Jones wears one.
