IMO, the wife gets busted out for domestic violence at some point. Fishy story, police subpoenaing hospital records, blah blah.

It really pisses me off that the police have been denied access for a few days now. I'd love it if I was involved in some sort of legal incident, and could just keep telling the cops that today just isn't working for me and to come back later.

Wasn't it all on private property though? It's one thing if she had like some long history of beating him or something but if he doesn't want to press charges, it's their business. It's not like he needs protection or anything form her...

Just because its private property doesn't mean the police can't arrest someone for domestic violence.

And i think they're getting good legal advice. Cuz normally peeps would come up with some bullshit story and then later get the 'lying to police' thing. Not that its a harsh penalty.
