Likely draft philosophy
The Mavs need shoring up in every area, but have limited opportunities to do so. Outside of the lottery, big guys seem to me to be worse than wing players, so barring a trade I'll probably look toward versatile backcourt players with my lone pick. It's going to be a crapshoot either way, so I might as well go for speed and slashing ability and hope for the best.
