Find a new slant.
An apple, Northern Spy variety. Great for apple pies, iffy for eating plain. Turns brown quicker than most apples. A bit mushy, texture not pleasing. Fragrant, tastes good.
An 'A' for baking, 'C' for snacking.
Once you've baked with Armagh Bramley apples, you never go back willingly.
Roast beef sandwich. It is good.
I would like to try Bramley apples but they seem close to impossible to find around here. Oh well!
Vegetable curry. My sister grew some eggplants and gave me one, so I tried this recipe. It's pretty good!
