BG isn't $55 million dollars-good, and he wasn't getting those offers from other teams. FA was what made taking the risk on AI worthwhile. Even if it didn't work, we still had the potential to swing a big dick around in FA. The closest we got to "big dick" in free agency was "premature ejaculation".
