Saw him in Flint? Fuck, prolly almost 40 years ago. TBH, Saginaw, Flint, Cobo concerts all run together after a while. I do remember seeing Bob Seeger at BC Central though and a couple of Pine Knob concerts, but generally Saginaw, Flint and Detroit concerts were basically a blur.


Other than Joe Cocker having these huge cans of beer, no idea what size, handed to him while he was on stage for the entire concert. And obviously High with a lil help from my friends. What a voice. What a song. Chills

I was in a bad way at the time and couldn't make it to see Stevie Ray Vaughan at Pine Knob.
A few weeks later, Stevie Ray was dead.

His opening act was Joe Cocker, who I figured would've also been a blast.
