    A week of training in Vermont. Pretty fucking nice here. Reminds me of Northern Michigan but more of a city....

    Also, finally got a real job...thing that is damn good.

    $200 due at closing which also serves as my July and August mortgage payments, my summer taxes, my homeowners insurance and setting up new escrow acct.

    Saving almost $300/mo on my mortgage payment for the next 30 years.

    Citimortgage also has to cut me a check for $2500 to refund my old escrow acct.

    All for going from 5.5% to 3.97%

    Straight cash, homie.
