We were supposed to do that with this tournament. We were supposed to submit evidence, testimony, puctures, whatever. The you vote, and then hopefully some of the alleged 600 members check in and vote, and some of the evening lurkers.
As usual, people read a message board and jerk their pud instead of contributing.

We thought about not opening the voting until some time had passed, but it becomes a bit difficult to manage and we may miss people who wanted to vote when they logged on but weren't able to.
