Nice to see him go out on a high note. The season he had was a pretty epic comeback for a guy who was all but written off as washed up.

This just in...John Madden has locked himself in his bus and extensive sobbing can be heard from miles around.
Overrated tool.
Most storied career? You have gotta be kidding me Jay Glazer. Don't get me wrong, I love favre, but I hate how ESPN has that stupid favre thing on the bottom line. Sunday Night Football, with Michaels, Madden, and Favre?
needs more wrangler
Favre used to be one of my favorite players. The last few years I got real tired of all the circus going on with him staying or retiring. I think his legacy has lost a little luster with that. If he had simply played up until retiring with no debate every year whether he was coming back or not...I think people would view him a little differently.
It looks like ESPN is NOT even going to commercials right now. LOL.
WDFN reporting ESPN flags at half mass.
Geez, this is getting even more coverage than the Pistons waiving Flip Murray. WTF?
The NFL (National Favre League) still has Brady at least.
*puke*
Well, he's the all time leader in passing yards, passing attempts, passing completions, passing touchdowns (ints too), and wins. Not to mention he won 3 consecutive MVP awards from 95-97.Quote:
