It's hard to get past the name of the show.

yeah, this is not at all what I thought it would be about. I had assumed some kind of whacky British Humor, maybe starring that Mr Bean guy.

It's the name of the gang. They got their name from hiding razor blades in their hats, and aiming for the eyes.

It's an even worse name for a gang than it is for a tv show.
