Lions brass should tell him to hit the weight room extensively before camp. Like they keep saying, Ray Lewis was only 228 coming out of college. Beef this guy up and let him hit some people, then we'll see what we have. I'm holding off judgement until then.

I mean even more-so. Tell him that the key to him getting a shot at starting is for him to add as much muscle as possible. I know everyone's supposed to bulk up but for some guys, they need to make it almost a mandate.
