Haha, so we now have to disclose our real name before annoying someone?

I wonder how long they worked on that bill.

So they want to get rid unecessary lawsuits and want tort reform but want send flamers to jail. Well I guess that has been their stance the whole time but internet flamers too now this is retarded.
