most movies suck now, all about hollywood $$ and preying on the mtv generation. i just saw 'motorhome massacre', a cheesy B movie in the style of old B rate slasher/horror movies from the 80s. considering that, its pretty much what i wanted it to be. bad special effects, bad acting, some titties, and a lot of blood. if you like that genre its worth a rent, not much more though. at least its not PG-13 like most of the new 'horror' movies.
Opening this week:
The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties
Nacho Libre
The Lake House
All four movies look like absolute flops to me. I'm sure Nacho Libre will get some sales, but it looks like stinkers this week.
If anyone sees them this week, feel free to stop by and give us a review.
dont shit exist until superman. its pointless to put a movie out until late july if you're trying to get a cut of the market.[smilie=paca.gif]
Pharaoh will offer his take on "Garfield", since Jennifer Love Blewitt is in it.Quote:

Nacho Libre... might be funny, but a Napolean Dynamite "ummm...okay" kinda funny -- which means "stupid".
Another Fast and the Fucking Furious? Next it'll be Alpaca racing in Peru, entitled "The Fast and the Furious: Andes Adrenaline". Sheeeesh.
I though posiedon was pretty entertaining. 3.5 out of 5
X-Men was great 4.5 out of 5
The Breakup really sucked 1 out of 5
The Davinchi code 2 out of 5 and I dont think thats how you spell it
Since I stopped living by a $2 movie theater, I only pay to see 1-2 movies a year in the theater, tops. Until it comes out on Netflix, a movie just doesn't exist for me. I bet the only movie I'll pay full $ to see this year is Superman Returns. So, does anyone mind "old" movie reviews?
i'd love to read 'em :)Quote:
