Will probably be disappointing for us, as usual.

I’m so like, half hype.
Ariza and 16th overall to Detroit for a future first.
Pharaoh loved Ariza lol
Who the fuck plays 2G now?
Wow, Weaver is really shaking it up, at least.
Needed to.
I have a serious case of whiplash, still don't quite know what to make of our moves.
Obviously, the key is whether or not Rodney McGruder ca make us forget about Bruce Brown.
So today, Maker, Khyri & Snell are gone and we’ve added Dewayne Dedmon (who always seemed like one of those Pistons killers)
Quote:
Blake Griffin is now the longest-tenured Piston.
IN: Jah Okafor, Miles (?) Plumlee and Josh Jackson
OUT: Christian Wood (Rockets)
IN: “ Free agent Jerami Grant has agreed to a three-year, $60 million deal with the Detroit Pistons”
OUT: Dedmon (waive & stretch)
IN: Delon Wright
OUT: Trevor Ariza
This is all nuts lol
The WTF in WTFDetroit is truly earned.
I love that we blew it up, not so sure about the Plumlee deal though.
This is, to the best of my knowledge, the current state of the Pistons' roster:
Blake Griffin
Derrick Rose
Sekou Doumbouya
Svi Mykhailiuk
Mason Plumlee
Jahlil Okafor
Josh Jackson
Jerami Grant
Dzanan Musa
Jalen Hands
Rodney McGruder
Delon Wright
Draft picks:
Killian Hayes
Isaiah Stewart
Saddiq Bey
Saben Lee
Just in case anyone else had no idea who is currently on this team.
Apparently today they traded Tony Bradley (who I didn't realize was part of the roster) for Zhaire Smith. Seems like a good deal if Zhaire can get healthy. And if not...well, again I didn't even know the other guy was here before, so it's no loss.
Edit: Nope, never mind, Zhaire is getting stretched and waived. I give up on keeping track of this stuff.
Just read that OKC now has a $28M trade exception from trading Steven Adams.
Wonder if Blake would like to get sent home?
So now Ellington is back on a one year deal
This might be the only good spin I've seen on all this:
https://www.theringer.com/nba/2020/1...s-trades-teams
wtf
Really though, I'm glad it's (mostly) blown up.
The remaining question is what happens with Griffin; maybe he can be good enough to throw at some team who thinks they have a chance mid-season? Seems like we're still gonna be bad for quite some time.
At least it will. be a different kind of bad. They were unwatchable last year. Now at least we get to see some young guys hopefully grow and improve.

Now try putting that into a roster with projected mpg. :)
