dude was shy and timid and nervous as hell
bet there hadn't been too many mikes and recorders shoved in his face up to that point

Everyone should love Ben.

He played like a champion for us when he was paid like crap.

I think he's still making a good amount this year, just not from the Pistons. I appreciate any player who gives it his all night in and night out - Ben Wallace is the leader in that category.

Big Ben found the fountain of youth this summer, good for him, good for the pistons. I couldn't be happier to see him cap off his career with a victory lap, making the other team flinch when he's on defense and showing the youngsters the meaning of effort.
