^^Good idea. I'm getting an arthroscopy on Dec. 30th rather than later so as to get some insurance money this year (we'll be well past the deductible, I believe). My new years will be fucked, but whatever... I just want to start running again.

^^Also a good idea if you've used up your deductible. Personally, I'll be happy to walk normal, use both legs on stairs, sit with my leg bent, etc. All the skatin finally caught up to me I guess. Didn't even reinjure it or anything, just started hurtin a few weeks ago and progressively got worse. I've got 'itis, just not sure which one yet lol.
I guess I should be thankful for being relatively healthy...other than mentally. :)
I did have back surgery, but that seems to have healed fairly well. Looking forward to a good snow ski season which could NOT happen with bad knees.
Fair and Balanced and Thankful haha
Couple things:
-Been buying a lot of CDs lately
-Can't sleep
TMZ is going to launch a sports-only version called TMZSports.com
It's about time, lots of content to work with.

I was listening to Leonard Cohen today to match my "glass is mostly empty" mood. It hit me that I am mildly depressed -- 'tis the season, I suppose. I've lost a lot on a number of fronts over the past couple years, and the Christmas planning is bringing it out. I can sleep, but I can't seem to unwind.
Unwinding is easy for me, but so is drinking a bunch of Coor's Lights :)
