hey, ive moved on from that. i was a huge nash basher up until he started doing it in the playoffs too. the second time he beat kobe did it for me.

but this isnt about this game. im giving the suns a big grace period.

but if he cant play with a slow big man, then he is a fraudulent mvp. this is because typically you need big men to win titles, and most big men are slow.

if your game doesnt mesh with a style that win rings, then you are not an mvp, in my mind.

and nash will probably always be doubted till he wins a ring.

My quick thoughts on the game:

Amir is my new favorite Piston. Anyone who goes at Shaq like that without fear is awesome in my book.

How fucking annoying were the announcers? I literally listened to them talk about how great the Suns were until they were getting destroyed, when at that point they started wondering how it was possible for the Suns to lose? It was a verbal handjob for the Suns.

Shaq is awful now. He's nothing without his athleticism.

Nash is a pussy. Complaining that Stuckey inadvertantly elbowed him for 5 minutes after the play occured is pathetic.

I'm not a Nash advocate. I think he's terribly overrated given the amount of turnovers, and serioulsy PUTRID defense...

Rod Allen could call an NBA game better than Jackson or JVG btw

jvg i think is the best. other than the occassional time when it sounds like he has marble in his mouth.

2/19- 4 points, 2 rebounds, 2 blocks
2/20- 3 points, 6 rebounds
2/22- 13 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks
2/24- 5 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists 2 blocks

he's averaging 6 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and nearly 3 blocks in his last 5 games, in only about 20 minutes played.

Kid is all over the place. Those stats don't even take into account he's been outstanding on defense.

he was off the bench early today. i might be behind the game a little, but i think he is officially a part of the rotation.

nice to see. a bench that actually benefits us is such a forgotten concept.

we need a good nickname for Amir...
