You guys want to crown their asses right now, then go ahead and crown them.
Not crowning them. Just not calling them done. ;)
Exactly. They are not buried, just simply in the mix. I'd still put LA slightly ahead of them, but I think the Spurs are still there with almost all the Western teams in the playoff hunt that could easily go on a run to the finals. I think GS and Denver are too flawed to make the finals, but otherwise the West is wide open for the current 1-7 seeds (assuming Yao gets back).
Dallas and Phoenix, the two teams that have been there with SA the last 4 or 5 seasons, are also declining it appears.
Back to being LA vs. SA like the good ol' days!
dont spin me. i believe it was glen D doing the burying, not the board saying they would win it all.Quote:

Alls I'm saying is, have the playoffs started yet? Then how does inferring that I am wrong because they are beating the Atlantas and Charlottes of the world make sense?Quote:

And while I did disclaim that statement with "as curently constructed" and they have since made the Kurt Thomas acquisition, and then the Suns went ahead and decided to eliminate themselves, clearing the path a bit for SA, I'll stick to my original statement.
I don't think they make the WCF, and I'm not wrong unless they do.
So again, if you guys want to crown them right now, go ahead.

The guy that also clearly stated in said thread that it didn't have anything to do with recent losses, only with how I had seen them perform with my own eyes.
