christ. drank so much this weekend. I should be dead.

Vodka and diet squirt. Rum and diet, no caffeine, coke last night. Weighed in at 240 Jan 1 and now down to 234. Not a lot of weight loss but making some progress.

Still wearing 36" waist pants. Wore 34" in High School so not too bad.
