Just had 8 pieces of Pizza...and lots of beer and don't feel totally stuffed. Love it...still room for some Pineappletinis.
Underrated: Hungry Howie's
Overrated: Cottage Inn (come on now - the dough has lead in it, I think. How much is a fucking pizza supposed to weigh?)
^agree
just had a new Angus burger at my every day McDonalds (ba da ba ba ba)...it was actually pretty good, though now I feel about 15 pounds heavier.
The only good Cottage Inn is the original restaurant in Ann Arbor. It's completely different from the two or three franchises I've had pies from.Quote:

Note to Tahoe: Your construction crew will ONLY eat Chorizo and Corn Pizza with lotsa cilantro sprinkled on top. And, only cheap-assed Budweiser.Quote:

Dearborn is like this. It has at least one good Thai place (Thai Palace), but it has an abundance of Chinese places and they are all terrible. Two in particular:Quote:

* Dragon Palace - I'm not even sure what the hell is going on with this place, but it's really terrible. The menu is full of things that no one wants - seafood makes up easily 70% of the menu - and everything you get looks like it was deep-fried by a meth addict in less than 30 seconds. No one is ever really happy they got food from Dragon Palace.
In order to get good Chinese food, you have to go to Canton to eat at Sze-Chuan, which is good.
Kowloon?! <blows chunks> As someone who was stuck eating there a couple times long ago, I have no idea of how that shithole stays in business.
Hong Kong Chop Suey is by Kowloon and can at least do almond chicken. It's not great Chinese by any means, but not nearly as bad as Kowloon.
If you want good Chinese in that general neck of the woods, take Southfield Fwy to Allen Park and the Hunan Hunan.
Burritos drenched in On The Border hot sauce.
