at this point, i think hill's lack of range is hurting the suns more than shaq's lack of being good.
Shaq played a key role in Phoenix smothering Boston 2 nights ago. He killed them on the boards and defending the paint.
That said, he matches up really poorly against a team like the pistons that doesn't have a kedrick perkins to keep him in the paint.

i thought he had a terrible game today. if he can only play one way (the way he got 2 questionable mvps), then this trade will not work. he needs to slow down the game while shaq is on the floor. cuz shaq in A+ condition cannot keep up with the suns. hes in probably D to C shape right now. so he'll get better, but on his best day he still slows them down. if nash (and dantoni) dont accomodate, then its not working. to me, this could go a long way to justifying those mvps (or discreditting them).
It's funny to me that everytime Nash has a bad game his MVPs are questioned.
