Yeah, I had a family party last weekend and there are a bunch of cousins I hardly know anymore. They were all like 5 when I used to be at family gatherings more often and now they're all going off to college soon. I have no idea which is which and I feel kind of bad.

Waiting and saving for months for your new tv, scraping together enough money, looking at it every day obsessively, hoping the price drops, and then, the day before you're going to order it (I was waiting for my new credit card cycle to buy me an extra 30 days to pay it off) on amazon, you see "Order soon -- Only 4 Left", then "Order soon -- Only 2 Left", and then, "Temporarily Sold Out -- Check Back Later!".


So fucking frustrating.

The convos usually start and end with "Hi."

Making chocolate milk for breakfast because you're running late, then later realizing it was expired milk when you've got terrible gas and you're stuck in a cubicle.

I expect a post later in the day that says something like this:

Having terrible gas in a cubicle and looking to make sure no one is around so you can rip it just to have someone walk around the corner to come talk to you as soon as you do.

Actually, I share a extra large cubicle with the other techie that works here but thankfully he's been out working on things all morning. He just got back so lets see how this goes....

Realizing that the 15 page paper you have to write is single spaced. Fuck.

Yes, with or without flatulence, the corner pop generally sucks. Especially if you have a manager that likes to micro-manage.

My internship that I'm currently posting on WTFDetroit from. To say what I actually do here would probably take up a page. MAYBE a page and a half. This is going to have to be one of my best bullshit jobs to date.
