I'm surprised at when you talk to peeps about it, like when you are just out and about, they all have a story. It makes it better.

The wife and i said "we're never having another pet as long as we live" and have already turned it into "just a couple more pets"

I really will never own another dog.

I found our family dog dead in the front room when I was a kid. I helplessly watched our next dog get strangled by its' own choke collar in a freak accident (again, just a kid). Then, I had to take our next dog to the vet and hold on to him as they put him to sleep.

Sorry for the downer, but it does fit well into this thread.

I put my dog to sleep on the same day Justin threw his no hitter.
