Chandler= injured again, overpayed, and not a great defender, rebounder good but not great and not worth 12 mil a year, but i would take Nene immediately...

Nene got that major contract for a reason. He just got hurt and everyone wrote him off, myself included. I never thought he'd live up to it.
Yeah, 10 mil isn't bad for him IMO. They can't move kmart. If he didn't have the player option after next year maybe. BTW, their situation is even worse because Kleiza, Anderson, Dante Jones, Jason Hart and Anthony Carter are all FA's.
If they let all them go their bench would be Petro and Balkman. that's it. they need to clear one of their big salaries bad or they'll have a fun time filling out that bench.
Take advantage. Offer them something like Amir, Max, or Kwame with a pick or something else along those lines, see how badly they want to clear that room.
I've liked Nene ever since he came to the league, and would be glad to have him start at either PF or C for us.
If the Pistons somehow get him, I'm referring to him as Hilario. Stupid no last name crap.
He's missed like 150 games in his career, I'm not ready to give him a pass yet.
Mostly due to one big injury, then he came back the next season and wasn't fully healthy, shut it down again the next year. This year he's been fully healthy for the first time in a while. Have Arnie give him a look and see if he thinks its here to stay.
Yea, how dare he.Quote:

If we were to get him, we'd still need 16-18 mpg of C, especially if Kwame opts out.Quote:

I'd be really curious if we could get Nene -and- some PF. I have an insane vision that the Clips give us 2 first rounders for taking Randolph off their hands, and we keep him on the straight and narrow. Then the insane vision turns into a nightmare if we keep Sheed around...
