They gave me two "preferred" contractors. Had one out here today while I was up at work and guy didn't leave a written estimate or anything, and now hasn't returned 2 calls to his cell.
Other company told me yesterday morning that they'd be back to me with an estimate appt time same day or this morning at absolute latest. No call.
I know they must be busy with bigger jobs, but I have cash and am ready to spend it and it's like they don't want it.
Maybe they just need more crews?
Their Preferred Contractors (correct term) seem to be a little too comfortable. Maybe you should forget the time you set up to pay them too...for about a week.

one of the worst feelings is having to badly shit but having to run production meeting in 10 minutes. I would never make it comfortably in 10, so I'll have to wait until about 9:30. This happens almost every Tuesday, because I run another meeting at 8:00. No in-between time after the coffee activates my bowels.
