The Signing off thread...

Scrubs balanced the funny / serious well the first few seasons. I read an interview with the show creator & head writer before this season started, and he said that NBC was forcing his hand toward the stupid silly stuff. When he was in talks with ABC, he was doing it on the condition that he could take the show back to how it used to be. Unfortunately ABC shoved Courtney Cox down his throat to pick up some extra viewers, but with that aside I think it was a pretty good season. I still love the finale too, it's so rare that a finale really sends a show off right.

Clit Furry let me down once again.

Fuck Cleveland.

Maybe Sunday will be better.

As of Wednesday, I'm going to be signing off for about a week and a half. Gotta go to Denmark, then Germany.

Believe me, I ain't excited to be going. Denmark means hanging out with my sister-in-law, who is really mean and snotty. Germany might be cool, but we're staying with friends who recently had a baby, and the dad just got laid off. Add to that the fact that we don't exactly have the money to do this right now, and you see why I'm not really amped about it.

Now Scrubs is coming back. They're going to transition to new a new cast, but some of the old members will be back this season. I've never been so pissed that a show I love is coming back!

WTF UxKa? When did that get announced?

Has this kind of shit happened before to any other show?

Why finish it and then reboot the whole show with a different cast? Couldn't they have gradually brought in new cast members and phased old ones out? Or would that take too long?
