Made some caulfiflower-crust pizza. Delicious at 300 cals, but 30g protein per slice.
Pork belly braised in a soy-ginger concoction. Looks incredible, but it's blander than I hoped. Still good enough for a couple nights' worth of leftovers.

On another note, since I've gotten my cast iron grill pan and my rice cooker, I'm getting close to being convinced I can happily survive on brown rice,chicken breast, some kind of marinade and some kind of vegetables to steam with the rice. And that asian chili paste stuff or sriracha. And maybe some oatmeal and some almonds. Gonna try to diet soon. Thanks.

Eating a 'ger that I got from this "Five Guys Burgers & Fries" joint nearby. Not bad.
I like 5 Guys fine but I don't understand why everyone raves about it like crazy...good above average burger but it costs just as much as you'd pay at a nice bar or whatever that's got an even better burger so what's the big deal??
