Ok, fuck politics and sports, we actually do agree on the important things in life. There is almost no time when pyrex beats clay but clay owns every other cooking anything when it comes to rice. All the best rice dishes, paella, risotto are cooked in clay, in sauce and stock with water added to it. I almost never order risotto in restaurants because you're almost guaranteed some form of boiled rice with sauce poured over it.

Over the weekend, a relative bought me a chicken wrap sandwich thinking I'd like it.
I could smell the mayo dressing on it, and it made me ill.

It wasn't from BK was it? Chicken anything from BK is awful IMO.

I'm not drinking so I had a hankerin for some food. So I had a tuna fish sammy. Then I thought I'd take a ride and get some McDonals french fries. Then some M&Ms sounded really good. Then I had some chocolate milk. Then I had a butterfinger.

I had stake and patatahs earlier, but I had 3 bowls of ice cream. Vanilla with lotsa chocolate and a lil bit of milk to make it like a chocolate milk shake.

So fuckin good. Almost better than beer.

Just about ate an entire bag of Nestle's Crunch bars. The small ones. So fuckin good.

Woke up and made some spaghetti and ate it and now thinking about a big bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup on it with a lil milk.

Went to Olive Garden. Got some shrimp thing with cheesy marinara pasta. The shrimp was actually shockingly good. The pasta was absolutely horrible. Like vomit on a plate. Chef Boyardee is better.

Wow, to each his own. Personally, I love Italian food.

The only pasta sauce I can dig at the Olive Garden is the alfredo.

re: Pasta I know wheat pasta isn't as good, generally anyway. But if you under cook it a lil bit, its much better. Leave it a lil al dente.

I'vebeen cooking lots of Whole Grain pasta lately. Good stuff.
