Dearborn ham and egg sandwich
Don't believe that voodoo.
Sweet Baby Ray's just doesn't do it for me, BBQ-sauce wise.
I have an unopened bottle of the stuff that I haven't been able to give away to anyone.
As of my most recent physical, my LDL is just fine and dandy.
I think it's coincidence.
What BBQ sauce you like?
Nah, my LDL was only above "desired" because I haven't been able to work out for a couple months and haven't been eating fiber to complement the red meats and eggs of the world because it's high calorie. I'll recover no problem.
For cooking purposes, an ex-gf turned me on to Frontera's original BBQ sauce.
For after-the-fact, I've been meaning to see if Lockhart's in Royal Oak bottles their sauce.
But I'm not a huge BBQ connoisseur... not by any stretch.
Say no to BK's chicken wraps. Jeeeeesus Christ.
Triscuits.
An American classic, you guys.
Made a grilled cheese w/ ham...used a tiny drizzle of olive oil instead of butter....sfg....
made All-American Egg Rolls last night. Something a buddy and I came up with.
Grilled up some steak and chicken with some different spices. Made
Needless to say, big, bold flavors were involved and they were a hit. Probably had 7 or 8 at probably around 250-300 cals a pop, though. It might be a good business idea for late nighters in cities.
- Bacon Cheezburger (steak, cheese, bacon, pickle, mayo, ketchup, wrap in egg roll and fry)
- Philly Steak (mayo, provolone, steak, peppers, onions, wrap in egg roll and fry)
- Buffalo Chicken (Frank's Red, Butter, Chicken cooked in almond milk, wrap in egg roll and fry)
- Peanut Butter & Jelly (can't fuck up a classic)
Had a Coney Dog and Turkey Club Wrap from Coney Island. So trashy.

Making red beans & rice and plan to wrap it in warm tortillas.
Kind of hoping that the kids don't like it so I can eat theirs.
Would including sour cream inside the tortilla help or hurt?
Triple ginger snaps from Trader Joe's
Just tried a Puerto Rican adobo rub on chicken...

Eating shrimp with cocktail sauce, lime, thinly diced onions and a dash of tabasco. Awesome! and some beers. Can't eat on the right side cuz of the tooth being pulled though.
Stuck some stew beef in the slowcooker this morning and had for dinner...so fucking good. Potatoes, carrots, celery, onions...the works really....full spread....
It was pretty fucking good.
Tahoe that sounds delicious. The fuck is wrong with you.
Dude...thats the kind of food I've been posting about for years...iirc. Crockpot food is da bomb. Chicken, rice, in slow cooker, etc. I guess my fuckin around didn't come through here. My bad.
How do you do rice in the slow cooker, I've been wondering that one? Doesn't it overcook? Can you leave it all day on low? (Real brown rice, not like minute rice or some bullshit...)
Misspoke on the slow cooker part. My bad. I have clay bakers for the rice. A regular casserole dish (Pyrex) works fine, but clay is better imo. Rice is a 2 to 1 ratio water 2, rice 1, so I put 3/4 cup of rice in the bottom and add 1 1/2 cups of chicken stock or water or combo and then I put chicken parts in the pan and shove them down in the rice. Sometimes I stir in a can of cream of Chicken soup and the rice is a meal in itself. I also put broccoli or cauliflower in the bottom of the pan for ruffage.
Also try a nice Pork shoulder with Mexican seasonings and then turn that into meat of tacos, burritos, etc. Awesome. I make sure the pork roast is almot entirely covered in liguid. 1 dark beer is normally added.
Yeah, I make something pretty similar to that chicken. Fucking good. Pork shoulder is good too. So easy.
