If all this falls through, if we could snag Shaq for the remainder of the year, I'd do it.
edit..Actually we'd have to have him for 09/10 too, but thats when Bosh becomes a fa, which doesn't mean we could sign him anyway, which is why we are having this discussion, etc, nvm
So we'd have him this year and next year. I think he'd be a decent pairing with Sheed, since Sheed doesn't want to do the dirty work anymore. Move him back to PF and let him rove. Not my ideal solution but better than what we've got.
It just delays the rebuilding by one year.

Actually i'm not(and you know i'm not if ever legitimately read my posts over the past few seasons). I just don't believe in rebuilding from the "blow shit up" stance you typically refer to. Blow the Lions up. They tank and remove their good players to purposely lose. Fix what's broken with the Pistons(coaching, and the weak front court), and keep it rotating. But that's just me. I'm all for improvements, blow somebody else's team up though.Quote:
