Oddly enough, Nash and Kobe played to a statistical standstill.
It's been the fact Odom completely dominated SHawn Marion that has been the reason LA won tonight.
Marion needs to get his shit together, He cant be letting Kobe's sidekick whip his ass like that.

Good game. It was actually a fast-paced game and the Suns still lost. I still think the Suns will advance, but the Lakers have played 2 very good games.
It'd be a hoot if Nash wins MVP, but the Lakers win the series.
Phoenix got fuck-all from their bench at home, which was surprising.

I didn't see the game, that shit's on too late. I'll admit that I'm surprised that PHX lost at home to the Kobies.
From looking at the box score, it seems that Shawn Marion needs to get in gear for sure.
Game 3 is huge, but I won't go as far as to say whomever takes #3 wins the series, as I think the Suns could still come back down 2-1.
I gotta tell you that I cannot say enough about Kobe. I never used to be a Kobe lover but I can't help myself. The guy has taken so much grief the past few years for his maniacal ego but I see someone very different.
Kobe by far is the most competitve baller in the NBA and I don't think anyone else is close. The way Kobe stepped into Nash face after Nash took exception to Sasha was a thing of beauty. When Kobe steps on to the court he's all business.
I just see Kobe as a throw back player of the MJ, Isiah, Magic or Bird mold. He's changed his game these playoffs to be less selfish and he's coaching players out on the floor.
Kobe really is a one of a kind player right now and I think too many people are uneasy giving him his due for some reason. You're witnessing greatness that doesn't come around often. Am I going too far here?

I gotta say Gecko, I'm not surprised that a guy who uses a picture of Michael Douglas from the movie Wall Street (I always assumed that's where it was from) in his avatar would admire Kobe Bryant. However, I gotta agree with the on the court play. Ask me about Kobe the guy and I'll say he's an ass an adulterer and plenty of other negative things (like I'll say MJ was a phony and addict and a pompous fuck) but fuck me if he isn't great and incredible to watch.
