Can't take any more Star Wars stuff, guys
Seeing The Big Short tomorrow night, fam.
The Transporter Refueled is a big steaming pile of horseshit.
Really want to see The Revenant.
My mid-70s aged parents said it was way too gory, if that helps.
One of the actors is from Grand Rapids.

I have a mancrush on Tom Hardy.
Thanks! Really hope to wash his car someday.
Going to see Spotlight today.
Great!
Guys, we should all totally meet up and see Fifty Shades of Black.
Powerful. I like Mark Ruffalo, even if he overacts a bit at times.
I ♥ Deadpool! I am amazed that a rookie director did that.
The only thing worse than Pauly Shore is Pauly Shore in HD
I liked Deadpool. I avoid superhero movies but made a point to see it. It was legit funny.
Thought I'd like The Nice Guys a lot more than I actually did.
Dr. Strange didn't suck.
Gave the Ghostbusters remake a shot, it wasn't good.
Daughter liked it as have every woman/girl I've talked to about it. Seemed blah to me.
I finally got around to watching The Fly last night/this morning. It was good! The imagery is gross and Jeff Goldblum sells the gradual transformation of his body and mind effectively. The anti-cult themes perhaps made themselves a bit too obvious, and the former boyfriend character went through some jarring shifts in how sympathetically he was portrayed, but overall it was appropriately horrific.
Nice review, Mr. Oobir! Might be the longest movie review we've ever had in the WTFDetroit Movie Review Thread.
We need more reviews of 30 year old movies.
I have a big stack of unwatched DVDs on my shelf, so maybe that request will come true.
Just wait until you see my Thief review
I also recently watched Meatcleaver Massacre. It's, uh, not good. No one is even killed by a meat cleaver!
I've always kind of meant to watch Thief....seeing that movie poster I now DEFINITELY want to watch tHief...

Let my wife pick tonight's flick and she chose Manchester by the Sea? Am I doomed?
Lee Chandler is a brooding, irritable loner who works as a handyman for a Boston apartment block. One damp winter day he gets a call summoning him to his hometown, north of the city. His brother's heart has given out suddenly, and he's been named guardian to his 16-year-old nephew. As if losing his only sibling and doubts about raising a teenager weren't enough, his return to the past re-opens an unspeakable tragedy.
Great acting, incredibly depressing.

Gonna watch that then.
