So I'm at Baskin Robbins, wondering aloud why they don't have "The Superman". Fat chick next to me says, "I have that in my freezer!" and I tried not to crack up.

Anyone here ever had to get a cell phone repaired?
No but I hear from friends that those repair places generally do a great job. Generally like 40-70 bucks, much cheaper than a replacement for like an iPhone or something.

yesterday i went to a job interview and was there from 10:00am til quarter to 2:00PM, damn near 4 hrs of interviewing. this was after a phone screen that lasted almost a full hour.

the company is pretty good in its field, but its not like im applying for president or anything. pretty frustrating because if the money isnt right im not going to take the offer so this is turning into a ridiculous amount of effort for something i may not even be interested in.

Yeah, one of my interviews last year was about 4 hrs. My interview for my position I'm starting next week was about 4 hrs, too. Neither needed me back, thankfully.
I would take it as a good sign, anyhow. Good luck.

Im a 15 year old girl in mexico, i hate being so poor, i live in my dead grandparents house becuase we had to sell our own long time ago, we also use my dead grandparents car, my dad has a lot of debts, and when he has a little bit of money he is spends it all on stupid things and drinking alcohol. my mom dosent have a job, and dosent like my dad but she wont leave the house because she has nowhere to go. I am really poor, i hate my life, and If I could i would get a job, but I cant even have one because my parents dont have gasoline to drive me everyday to the job, and I live in a very very dangerous place so I cant get a job near because there are shootings everyday in here, like seriously is very dangerous to step out on the street. Sometimes I get suspended on school for not paying. the alarm in my house was taken off for not paying and now I have a lot of fear because they have robbed the house about 7 times.
dont say things like why are you on the internet and stuff, because at least here in mexico energy, water and gas are subsided by the goverment therefore is very cheap.
