Made me lol.
Saw I Love You, Man last night. I don't really do reviews, but I liked it. Granted, it was on TBS, but still - it was very funny.

Wish bukdow would check this thread out.
Going to watch Dark City soon... again.
Might do a review later for those that haven't seen it if I have the time
Love it... which is why I own it lol
Seriously... it's weird enough and interesting enough to keep me coming back every now and then
I won't go into the plot and stuff for those that haven't seen it but..
If you haven't seen it you should
Alex Proyas is an Aussie too - did The Crow, Knowing and I, Robot - make of that what you will.
One could view it as a detective story... the main dude trying to work out who he is and just WTF is going on..
I find it very interesting... and interesting movies are hard to find
I agree with Pharaoh 100% here. Dark City is a great movie. When I first saw it, I had no idea of what to expect plot-wise and that's probably as it should be. I'm pretty sure I rented it simply because Jennifer Connelly was in it. Stylistically, I'd say it's two parts Rod Serling, one part Terry Gilliam, if you're on the edge of whether or not to take a chance on it.

Just saw #TheMaster, holy crapfest! I got burned by high expectations, yet again. Peeps were walking out early left & right. It sucked!
Bet it's still good. Prob just over Glan's head.
Yeah, thinking guys like us would probably get it.
I did actually imagine bukdow enjoying it.
How does it compare to his other movies??
I can't even describe it. As the credits rolled, I turned to my wife and asked her to describe the film in 60 seconds and she said "the story of a tormented man who bounces from experience to experience in an attempt to find his place in the world ... man, that fucking sucked".
Fucking libs don't know real

I like the actors involved, too. Was really jazzed to see it. Just stunningly horrible. I actually told my wife that it seems like a practical joke on the viewer.
Did you like there Will Be Blood? Hard 8? Magnolia? Do you have any taste Glan?
He does like Ford Fairlane, at least.
I think he's faking. He doesn't get Dice like we do.
Actually, I was just messin with you guys, The Master is great! In fact, you should grab everyone you know and buy them all a ticket (and snacks!). They'll love it, and you'll be a hero!
Sorry for the misunderstanding, you guys, you know me, always kidding around!
It does sound really interesting GD
What in particular was shit?
The acting? Direction? What?
Love Dead Man Walking.
The wife conned me into watching 'Rock of Ages' last night. So terrible, very 'Cop Rock'-ish. Even she agreed to turn it off 45 minutes into it.
Oh, but I bet you cool movie guys liked it. *eyeroll*
Fucking Glan. Like we'd ever be dumb enough to get talked into watching that. SMH.
Watched the Mr. Nice biopic about Howard Marks.
My hunch is that the book is a lot better than the movie.

I prefer "Cock of Ages."
"Cock Of Ages" sounds like chick porn.
Check out "Chasing Ghosts: Beyond the Arcade" on Netflix sometime, you won't be sorry.
DiCrapio is awesome in Django Unchained. Django Unchained is awesome. My review is awesome.
Any of yous seen "Stand Up Guys"?
Pacino, Arkin & Walken.
Sounds good on the surface, but it's probably ass.
Holy shit, you guys. 6-8 beers and I actually enjoyed it.
Check it out!
Been on a West Memphis 3 kick lately, so going to check out West of Memphis.
Just watched Magnolia.
Glan wouldn't understand.
anyone seen superduperman?
Machete Kills hasn't come out yet, but I'm going to give it a 10/10 because it is probably already the Best Picture favorite.
Did any of you guys honestly ever end up seeing The Master?
I can't believe Ebert gave The Host 2.5 stars before he died.
That movie is sucktacular beyond words.
And I say this as someone who generally likes Andrew Niccol films.
I feel like I just swallowed a steaming turd.
Fuck you Netflix and your streaming steaming!
I know you broes dig my movie advice, so I'll implore you to see the best movie made in maybe the last 5-10 years... The Lego Movie.
And I'm not shitting you.
I've seen it about 10 times now (BOUGHT THE BLU RAY) and even convinced some of the soulless hipster millennials without kids that I work with to watch it and at least two of them became completely addicted to it.
I never steer y'all wrong, right?
But thanks, I'll check it out...
