Why did this website shut down? Did Ledezma not pay his bills?

PARIS (Reuters) – "You can't do it? We're here to help," says the homepage of a new French website where children can pay for older students to do homework for them.
On faismesdevoirs.com, children will be able to buy answers to simple maths problems for 5 euros ($6), while a full end-of-year presentation complete with slides and speaking notes will cost 80 euros ($100).
The website goes live Thursday morning, founder Stephane Boukris told Reuters.
"I realized there was a gap in the market. Add to that a dose of insolence, a zest of arrogance and the internet, and you have faismesdevoirs.com," he said.
Schoolteachers reacted with outrage.
"It is shocking. It defeats the purpose of education which is that the pupils need to learn for themselves how to do the work," said Agathe Field, a young English teacher at a secondary school in a suburb of Paris.
"It turns them into consumers. The message is that for the right price you can get the results you want. It's nonsense," she said.
Boukris defended the website, saying that the schoolchildren would still learn something if they bought homework from the site because it would come with annotations from the students explaining how they got to the final result.
"We're not just giving them the fish, we're teaching them how to fish," Boukris said in a telephone interview.
"Of course some schoolchildren might use the system to cheat, but they'll have to learn sooner or later because we won't be there on exam day," he said.
Why TBS is playing American Pie after American Pie II.
TNT does that with the Mission Impossible's and Rush Hour's sometimes.Quote:

Got damn thats a good explanation Fool. I wondered why they did that.
It was vexing me. I was terribly vexed.
Goofy retards don't flip my lid, either.Quote:

I don't get why Canadian coins are accepted in the US at par.
That's a Michigan thing...
The fact it's Opening Day and FSN doesn't have the game in HD. WTF???
Why people don't rebel more at the interstate commerce clause being used as justification for federal intervention into everything:

If you wear a shirt made in China, and being clothed is part of your crime, you too can be charged with a federal offense. Bleah.Quote:
Levine is being charged federally under a provision for interstate and foreign commerce, because the video camera and tapes he used were made in Japan, according to federal prosecutors.
How about if you get a blow job from a Chinese chick?
I don't get the fascination with the "Twilight" series. Every day I go to Yahoo.com, there's new shit on there about one of the Twilight cast or news about the upcoming film. First off, the cast isn't just unattractive, they're ugly. Kristen Stewart looks no better than the girl with down syndrome that works in the Meijer down the street from me, and the dudes that they have casted look similar to Forrest Gump.
Second off, the movie recieved awful reviews. Why do we care about a sequel to a movie that sucked?
Please stop taking up Yahoo! front page space with this bullshit.
What the hell? What's next?Quote:

"virtually" lol
I get the fact that it's some kind of contest -- that's about it.
I would like to, um, compete. I think I'd have a good shot at winning.

Wouldn't one theory be reasonable doubt against the other theory? How is this not double jeopardy?Quote:
Melvin James Wofford, 41, received a mandatory sentence of life in prison from Oakland County Circuit Judge Michael Warren on Thursday. He was convicted of two different charges of first-degree murder — based on different theories, not different killings — on Aug. 29.
I just don't get "throw shit at a wall and see if it will stick" as anything but bullshit.

Lions football fans.
(sorry if I posted that already -- just as true today as it was whenever I posted it, if I did)
Why?
Richie Incognito.
1 playoff win in 50-odd years.
I can appreciate individual players --- Megatron, Barry Sanders, etc. I just can't get into why people throw their energies into a team that will find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory and break your heart. It's like chicks who go for abusive assholes.
So if the Pistons had a long streak of losing, you'd abandon ship? Sounds like a front-running bitch to me. The Tigers were the same brand of shit-tier for a long time, and they turned it around.
I've stuck with the team because of the law of large numbers. Will I ever see the fruits of my patience, specifically, a Super Bowl? I don't know, but I can't just start rooting for another team. As a big Pistons fan, I imagine you'd know how it works.
I never got on board the ship to abandon it. And I don't have another NFL team I like. The Lions turned me off pro football altogether.
The older fans in my family have some sort of fond childhood memory of the victorious Lions -- that I get. I just don't, and neither do most people under the age of 60. There's a "long time" and then there's a "lifetime". Life's too short.
AND I DON'T WANT TO, EITHER
Yeah, I've tried and it just doesn't seem worth it

So brazen.
