I haven't been eating any breakfast or lunch. Not a good thing but wtf? I eat dinner with some beers. I take a vitamin (not viagra) every day when I'm under eating. And beer has a shitload of nutrients anyway.

Fasting is not a bad thing, despite what lots of people will have you think. As long as you have one or two things throughout the day to keep the metabolism going (coffee or green tea works), fasting can actually be a great tool for weight loss. Specifically, fasting all day and then having an intense heavy lifting workout temporarily opens up priority paths for carbohydrates into muscles instead of into fat. Yes, this means you can be pretty liberal with carbs after a heavy lift, especially if you've fasted all day and aren't over calorie limits.

Oh man....just pan fried a breaded chicken breast in a little olive oil...Epic. It was just a little EVOO too, not TOO much....i know, still not great for you but so good....
olive oil is fine, but be careful not to bring it to a smoke .
i'm more leery of the breading than the olive oil.
Eh, 'bout half an egg, some flour, paprika, salt, garlic, few bread crumbs. Not great but could be worse.
I use a ton of olive oil. I don't skimp one bit. I use it on my salads too w/red wine vinegar or something.

Not to beat a dead horse too much but these banana smoothies I've been making are unbelievable. Highly recommend trying one.
Lately I've been going with:
1 Frozen Banana.
About a tablespoon of fat free yogurt.
A few "glops" of Almond Milk. (regular milk would work just as well but I've never been a big milk guy.)
Drop all in blender, start on med/low for about 30 seconds, finish on high until smooth. Sofuckinggood.

Not sure what's in y'all Reubens but I just fried some wheat break in olive oil (instead of toasting) put some pastrami on it w/swiss cheese and sauerkraut. And on one half I put thousand island (just cuz Swami says its healthy) and on the other vinegar and oil. And I had a pickle on the side.
