Before the Lakers championships, Webber folded in a couple 1st round Game 5s (back when it was a 5-game series), shooting ~30% and losing. In 2004, he went scoreless when KG lit him up for something a dozen points in a row on him in the 4th quarter of a Game 7. And he wasn't "the man" in 2005 as a Sixer, but beyond his jumper-only pre-Kander antics at the time, his mental lapses in particular sealed the deal for us. And, I wouldn't assume that he'll even make a playoffs. He could gimp out, like 2003. This flu could take him out for two months.
Ultimately, I'm holding judgement on Webber until our playoffs, beyond saying "he's better than Nazr Mohammed because he doesn't offset every good thing he does with a foul".
