Well, the way I figure it, 40 wins will get you in the playoffs. Maybe less, but 40 you're probably in for sure. That means the Pistons need 13 wins (in 31 tries) to make it. If you look at the schedule, that's not as easy as it sounds.
While this is a rebuilding year, it'd be embarrassing as hell to not make the playoffs. So that's all I'm looking for now. 13 more wins.
watching curry call timeout and run plays for stuckey or tayshaun when iverson was the only guy making shots was beyond frustrating.
Time was when Iverson was feeling it like tonight he'd see the ball every play and score 40 or 50 points.
But no, curry ahs no concept of feeding the hot hand so he makes sure Iverson never gets a chance to really go off.
It's absurd that Iverson only finished with 28. I've seen him score 45 on much colder shooting nights.
I'm just about ready to look at the draft. We might get a good pick.
I'm actually hoping this team doesn't make the playoffs. The season's bad enough already - let's go balls out and make it the worst season (in terms of expectations) in Pistons history. Detroit sports suck right now. Should I be the first to call Red Wings out in the first round?
