Those Bulls teams were super dysfunctional. Chandler plays hard.
How would that affect our cap situation in the coming years?
I'm cool with Chandler next to say Bosh. Not comfortable with him paired with just Amir/Max and whatever vets are here (Dyess/Sheed) down the road.
Right, Chandler is essentially Amir with lifts.
Chandler/Bosh with Amir/Dyess off the bench would be really nice.
Suppose we did Sheed for Chandler and RIP/Max for Smith/Wilkins/Watson and OK's #1.
Then take Stephon Curry with the pick
That's a pretty solid 2 deep rotation:
PG Stuckey/Watson
SG Curry/AA
SF Tay/Wilkins
PF Bosh/Dyess
C Chandler/Amir
Stephon Curry with a top 4 pick? I bet there's a better option out there. I do like the look of that lineup though, although have we really seen much of Amir at C? He just seems like more of an athletic PF
Well, they are only 4 games out of 5th worst and another 4 games from being 9th worst. No way to tell where that pick would be (RIP would certainly improve that team a lot).
Also, no way to tell where the prospects rank at this point. Suppose Curry carries his team far in the tourney again. He might end up a top 5 pick.
At any rate, you can plug the best SG available in at that pick if we made those moves.
