I just watched Creep. It was alright.
I just watched Creep. It was alright.
Just finished watching Grave of the Fireflies. Literally the saddest movie I've ever watched.
96% on Rotten Tomatoes. "...belongs on any list of the greatest war films ever made." - Roger Ebert
Honest to god, when it finished I just sat there and repeated (out loud in an empty room), "It's so sad."
Have you (or anyone else here) seen Nightcrawler? Got it on my Netflix watchlist, wondering if it's as good as people say.
Watching Lawless
Just about to finish the first season of Peaky Blinders. Good shit, you guys.
Nightcrawler. Liking it.
That was pretty damn good
Been getting into Esports for a little while. Watching League of Legends Summer Split.
Like The Drop a lot.
lol'd
Tahoe Bloom
Just watched "Without a Clue" again. One of my all-time faves.
Saw Clerks 2. Funny stuff.
Getting started on Peaky Blinders tonight. Looking forward to having a nice discussion with Swami about it.
Maybe I'll start on it in a year or so and ruin it for you.
Haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe tonight. Get that thread ready!
Really enjoying Ballers you guys
Watching Hard Knocks now
Anything on the 'flix worth recommending, bros?
Watched Before I Disappear last night, it was okay.
Might check out The Retrieval later.
I'm not a Melissa McCarthy fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by Spy. Lots of fun.
I liked St. Vincent (Bill Murray) and she's the fat chick in that I think.
Haven't seen that, but I also liked Bridesmaids.
Just watched the second/likely last season of the Transporter TV series. The first season was pretty awesome, in the vein of the Transporter movies. The second season was a steaming pile of shit. They took everything that was good about the first season -- fast cars, hot women, cool exotic locals, crisp stylistic martial arts, etc. -- and fucked it up totally. They even managed to make Violante Placido look unattractive. How the fuck do you even do that?
Watched Fading Gigolo, it really sucked.
Having a hard time finding movies that interest me on the 'flix.
Cotton Bowl 2015 - MSU v Baylor
One of the best things about Dantonio's decision making is his well timed risk taking. Doesn't wait until the risk is the only option. Puts them in early enough so they will still be a surprise but late enough that, if completed successfully, they will have a meaningful impact.
Forgot how many chances Cook squandered before finally connecting to win the game. Baylor D was real shit. Gave up TD opportunities on 3 straight "& goal" plays. Cook finally didn't throw it to the crowd on the third throw.
Sugar Bowl 2015 - OSU v Alabama
