OT...I buy some corn tortillas(soft) and fry them in oil. Take the tortilla, add some pulled pork, squeeze some fresh lime juice and hot sauce and eat it with lotsa cold beer of your choice. Don't be shy with the salt on the pork.
sounds awesome, both. I'm sure there will be some extra pork that I can try the tacos with.
crock pot roast beef broth -- good for congestion
Saw it on sale at the Piggly Wiggly today...bought a small piece and decided to give it a half ass shot.
Brined it for about 5 hours in salt/sea salt/garlic/paprika, rubbed it in some more garlic and salt and pepper and Olive Oil, browned quickly and now on low over night, will see what I get when I wake up.
Probably not the ideal method but I need to try things first before I get the perfect recipe down. I bet it's decent anyways.
I bet so.
You lucky SOB, you're going to have it before I do. :D
Ours goes in the oven about 8 pm tonight. ETA of 12:00pm Saturday to my belly.

Had a pork chop thing @ J Alexander's about 15 years ago that was one of the best meals I've ever had.
It had a huge bone sticking out of it, like something out of The Flintstones.
Not sure. Just remember that it was all white meat and it cut like butter.
