Eric Gordon has a torn labia
Here's some NBA news...The game pretty much sucks these days. They've pretty much ruled out any contact for a defender on the ball carrier. This is nothing like good old days. I guess once the bad boys won it, they had to do something to keep scoring up. But it is sooooo bad, imo. Hard to watch an entire game. Watched the Wings lose to the Leafs tnite and Hockey is getting pussified too.
These NBA players act like they're such bad asses...lol.
And they should go back to having a handful of teams in playoffs. No sense in brining in 80% of the league into the playoffs if only 3 or 4 teams actually have a chance to win it.
This is the most interested I've been in the NBA in a while, actually.
And now that the Pistons have Jodie and are making that #playoffpush, my interest level is only increasing.
This is some crazy shit.

-- Dude had one leg
-- Dude was carried out of MSG screaming a few weeks ago
-- He was a pro poker player, with the last name "GAMBLERo"
-- Real last name was Vanchiro
-- Liked to wear neon shirts and dance at Nets games
-- Engaged to a girl with the twitter handle @TwittsMcGee who owned a night club
-- After the MSG incident, he said that he needed until the NBA All-Star Break to feel back to normal (naturally)
-- He had alter-egos, but didn't want to discuss them because the world isn't ready for that
-- This: "I had the worst week of my life," he continued. "You guys don't understand, but I'm putting myself through the same training that I did when I lost my leg. When my leg got chopped off, I was [feeling] horror and trauma, and I had to focus on getting back to what I had to do."
-- This: "He jumped out of the bed, ran down the hallway ... and then threw himself out of a window headfirst and landed on his head."
-- He wanted to be a professional basketball player but had to settle for being a superfan instead.
-- "He's a brilliant genius" according to his fiancee.
-- And lastly, this: "All he wanted to do in life was achieve world peace. His goal was to use his form of popularity to spread love, and his ultimate goal was world peace. He talked about it all the time. It was so beautiful. And he wanted to bring the teams together. That's why he would cheer for both teams, because he was like, 'It doesn't have to be that way".

Also, maybe it was in a different article and not that ESPN one but he gave up poker because it interfered with his art. Said something like winning people's money from them conflicted with what he was trying to achieve through his art.
That's a stellar angle that I am completely stealing.
Some solid comments from that story: "he was there for the Nets...but where was a net when he needed one?" "I give it another two weeks before the die-hard Knicks fans start jumping"
