It's already in Netflix -- no availability yet, but the image is in there so I'd expect it to get some distribution at some point. I just put it in my queue. :)

I think it's being moved to Theatrical Release after quite a bit of buzz on the internet and it being scooped up for distribution by Sony. September 4th is the release date on imdb FWIW.
