I keep it at 71 as well though had it up to 73 one day last week. Always seems to happen that a couple times a year require higher temps inside than normal. I think high winds or some other factor besides normal temperature effects how well heat is trapped in your house.

I set it at 68 this year but we will see how long it lasts.

My trial is expiring. I expect cheaper and cheaper prices as the deadline approaches.
But instead, I get $100 for a year as the first offer, then $120/year. WTF?
Not sure if either of those are good deals, or what to do to extract a good deal.

I let mine lapse a couple of years ago and I get $40/year in the mail about every other month.
Thanks... that's more along the lines of what I was expecting. I don't mind it lapsing and them trying even harder, but I was surprised when their deals weren't getting any better. That just seemed odd to me.

Of course, this report was sponsored by the state board of education, so of course they're gonna frame it as "give more to education", even when it's just not that fucking simple. Digging into the report, it's actually alluded to, but its impact isn't quantified. What is quantified is amusing... there's a few charts where the numbers on the chart don't support their statement.
I noticed everyone that moves to Chicago ends up coming back within 5 years.
